Esther Fatima Sama Buabeng

My name is Esther Fatima Sama Buabeng.
I am a registered childminder with OFSTED in se16.

I am surrounded by amenities such as children’s centres (Bermondsey and Rotherhithe Children and Family Centre, Time and Talents, Salmon Centre etc), Rotherhithe primary school, Southwark Park, playground, library, Surrey Dock farm.

We are a minute from Surrey Quays and Canada Water train stations.

As a married woman and mother of four beautiful children,
I understand the importance of fulfilling individual needs, multitasking, and remaining attentive.

Qualifications

Level 4 in Cache, and an A degree in Education and Child Development, safeguarding, First Aid etc.

As part of the daily routine, I balance educational adult-led and child-led free activities which develop the 7 areas of learning in communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, maths, understanding of the world and expressive arts and design.

We provide a healthy balanced diet which is essential because it ensures children receive all the nutrients they need to grow and develop.

Being active and eating well can help to improve a child’s health and ability to learn.

Every child has a daily diary which we use to bring you up to speed on their daily activities, eating and sleeping habits, and likes and dislikes.

I communicate with parents via WhatsApp where pictures of their child(ren) are sent showing their daily activities and trips.

Previous Experience

Before becoming a childminder, I worked in childcare settings for over 15 years, where I became a room leader (baby room, toddlers and pre-school).

I am also very knowledgeable in childcare, have several qualifications, and have undergone various childcare training.

We accept:

Tax-Free Childcare: 15 hours / 30 hours / Emergency hours

Glory Child Care Services is open from Monday to Friday (7.30 am – 6 pm)

Trained and Qualified staff. DBS Checked. OFSTED checked. Closed on Bank holidays
